Sheeting structures shall fulfil several requirements and their benefits include rate of construction works, sealing of construction pits into impermeable sub bases, rigidity of the structure, possibility of a variably secure stability with a view to increase the progress of construction works.
With regards to all these requirements we can offer complete solutions for sheeting, including static assessment and simplified project documentation, possibly also excavation works up to depth 16 meters.
The company uses 2 high-frequency resonance-free vibration driving hammers, 8 medium-frequency vibration driving hammers and 1 impact driving hammer. Thanks to sufficient stock of sheet piles of various lengths and types the company can offer any shape of sheeted pits. Depending on the local geological conditions and conditions of the construction itself we can engage ideal combinations for the carrier and parameters of the vibration driving hammer; this enables us to meet requirements of the customer in the maximum extent.
The company successfully solves problems to minimise the effects of vibrations to the surrounding buildings, special works with long reach, works during closures of traffic and in confined spaces at railway lines, driving of piles from caissons or directly in river beds (with use of vibration driving hammers with ecologic filling) and impact driving with a requirement to observe the prescribed depth of the sheet pile.
