Piles for foundation of noisesuppression walls
Sealing clay-cement walls
We can offer some cheaper alternatives of sheet pile walls for the elimination of spreading underground water from contaminated areas or for the reduction of seepage from river banks, namely sealing clay-cement walls (not curtains) with thickness of 120 to 180mm.
Provable thickness and continuity is reached by patented injection lamellas connected mutually by locks. The proven and laboratory-tested injection mixture achieves the parameter of impermeability k = 1x10-8; it is pumped under constant pressure both during driving and pulling out the injection device. This method does need the access of wide caterpillar-type mechanisms immediately above the clay-cement wall; modifications of the bank surface and removal of full grown greenery are minimised. These works do not damage the face of the landscape; usually some modifications of a local earth road at the foot of the bank or access to the berm are sufficient.
