DEPTH FOUNDATION OF CONSTRUCTIONS
Piles sheeted by wound casing
Piles CFA
Piles sheeted by vibration casing
This ‘conventional’ drilling method is based on excavation under the protection of successively connected double-jacket casing. When the designed depth is reached a reinforcement cage is installed in the hole; filling with concrete is carried out using a filling hopper while simultaneous disconnecting the casing sections. This technology enables the possibility to check the bottom footing, the operative extension of the piles and overcoming different rock layers and rock classes up to class R 3. The drilling piles technology is permissible both for civil and industrial constructions and for the foundation of bridge supports and pillars. We can provide pile-column foundation systems including the construction of monolithic heads or the installation of prefabricated heads or anchoring bolts.
Equipment of the company allows drilling dia. 400; 600; 800; 1,000; 1,200; 1,500 mm up to depths 15 to 32 m. We can install oblique large-profile piles up to slopes 5:1.
Machine equipment:
